The Effect of Didatic-Intellectual Training Versus Relationship-Oriented Training Upon Counseling Behavior

Description: This study compares the effects of a relationship-oriented practicum to those of a mixed, didactic-intellectual, relationship-oriented practicum upon counseling behavior and personality. These effects are determined by ratings of audiotape recordings as well as by a personality inventory. The audiotape ratings measure changes in counseling behavior, while the personality inventory measures personality changes.

Geology and Ore Deposits of the Picher Field, Oklahoma and Kansas

Description: From Purpose and Scope of Report: This report presents a detailed description of the ore deposits of the Picher field and all phases of geology having a bearing on their localization, origin, and the search for them. It is based mainly on work done by the U.S. Geological Survey, but it also incorporates pertinent data from published literature, especially from the outstanding work of George M. Fowler and associates, and some unpublished data obtained from the geologic staffs of the mining companies.

Vibroseismic Survey, Railroad Test Embankment, Aikman, Kansas

Description: Report regarding refraction seismic and vibratory tests conducted on a railroad test embankment near Aikman, Kansas as well as attenuation and dynamic laboratory tests. The refraction seismic tests indicated the existence of two distinct velocity zones, one for the embankment and one for the underlying limestone bedrock.
