Description: Photograph of 'The Judge Sarah T. Hughes Reading Room' plaque, located in Willis Library. The plaque notes that the room was named in honor of Sarah Tilghman Hughes, August 2,1896 - April 23, 1985, and lists her many accomplishment including being the only woman to give the oath of office to a President of the United States, Lyndon B. Johnson.
