Problems Involved in the Academic Advisement Process of Foreign Graduate Students at North Texas State University

Description: The subjects were 69 graduate faculty advisors, 187 foreign graduate students, and 184 American graduate students who were enrolled at North Texas State University in the Spring Semester, 1984. Statistical techniques used for data analysis include frequency distributions, percentages, means, and Mann-Whitney U test. A Multivariate Investigation of Youth Voluntary Turnover

Description: The purposes of this study were twofold. The first was to construct a modified model of the voluntary turnover process that clarifies the antecedents of turnover intentions and turnover behavior.
