Description: Recording of Pierre-Marc Beaudoin's Territoires. This is a work for electroacoustics in which the composer wished to establish a horizontal sound space made up of harmonic frames that would be sporadically broken by elements of a vertical nature. The composer wanted to also create a climate of expectation, to arouse a certain fear of rupture.

Description: Recording of Emanuele Battisti's Verstörung. Still Voices

Description: Recording of Pete John Stollery's Still Voices. This piece is part of a larger project called "Gordon Soundscape" which is an attempt to map sonic diversity of the former Gordon District in Aberdeenshire. The work consists of sounds recorded inside and outside of a distillery, including whisky barrels rolling along the ground, grain milling machines, and the Glendronach Burn which runs through the distillery grounds.

Description: Recording of Etienne Saur's Une coccinelle, un foulard mal noué et la beauté meurtrie d'un sourire dans l'air du soir. This piece takes it's starting point with the recording of Edouard-Léon Scott de Martinville, a French typographer who "recorded" 10 seconds of a woman's voice singing "Au clair de la lune" in 1860. The rest of the piece is a spiral play and variations from the original material.
