Description: Recording of Elsa Justel's Destellos. This work is for music, image, and video animation that is an abstract look at matter through subtle details of texture and luminosity. The project is based on photographs of everyday objects, whose forms radiate reflections that detach themselves from their bodies to take on a life of their own. The video opens with the title of the piece and includes a montage of photos of glasses that continue to become more distorted as the piece goes on.
