Description: Skirt of black wool/nylon blend and black polyester; ankle-length. Attached, knee-length underskirt lining of black cupro. Top portion of skirt is straight skirt style with darts; at about hip-length the skirt is black net that folds under at the hem to create a bubble skirt. Left side zipper with button and loop closure at top.
