Oral History Interview with Jack Moss, July 19, 1970

Description: Interview with Jack Moss, a businessman, army veteran, and a member of the "Lost Battalion" from Amarillo, Texas. In the interview, Mr. Moss describes what it was like to be a Japanese prisoner-of-war, which he spent most of the war as. He also discusses certain events, battles, and places that he was involved with, including the fall and capture of Java, the bicycle camp, Batavia and Singapore in 1942, the Changi Prison Camp, the building of the Burma-Thailand Death Railway, and his time in Kanchanaburi and Bangkok, Thailand.
