Description: Introduction: This report presents engineering details, statistics, individual borehole histories, and geophysical logs of the eleven holes drilled in the McDermitt caldera project during the 1981 drilling program. General information is presented regarding specific problems, including weather and logistics. A separate geologic report is being prepared and will be available through the Bendix Field Engineering Corporation Technical Library in the near future.

Preliminary Raw Data Release: Greenville 1° x 2° NTMS Area, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina

Description: From abstract: This report presents preliminary results of stream sediment and ground water reconnaissance in the Greenville National Topographic Map Series (NTMS) 10 x 20 quadrangle. Stream sediment samples were collected from small streams at 1413 sites for a nominal density of one site per 13 square kilometers (five square miles) in rural areas. Ground water samples were collected at 731 sites for a nominal density of one site per 25 square kilometers (ten square miles).
