Uranium Favorability of the San Rafael Swell Area, East-Central Utah

Description: Purpose and scope: The purpose of this study was to delineate new areas favorable for uranium exploration in the San Rafael Swell region of east-central Utah. Emphasis was placed on the sandstone and siltstone members of the lower Chinle Formation (Triassic) and on the Salt Wash and Brushy Basin Members of the Morrison Formation (Jurassic).
