Chinese Tire Imports: Section 421 Safeguards and the World Trade Organization (WTO)

Description: This report covers the Chinese-filed World Trade Organization (WTO) complaint against the U.S. over Section 421 of the Trade Acts of 1941, which has been renewed several times since.
