Dress

Description: Dress of printed silk chiffon in floral pattern of shades of aqua and turquoise blue with purple and magenta pansies. Rounded neckline; street length. Long straight sleeves have self-covered snap closure. Natural waist has elastic waistband and gathered skirt. Belt loops at sides; belt missing. Center back closure of nine self-covered snaps. Lined in beige synthetic. Designer's label at left side seam under arm: "(Japanese Characters) / Hanae Mori" Size "12" tag at base of designer label. Retailer's label at right side seam under arm: "Neiman-Marcus"

Description: Dress of pleated polyester chiffon printed in a pink, magenta, and grey chrysanthemum flower motif on a background of various shades of green leaves. Thin straps of braided green silk; neckline piped in green silk matching shoulder straps. Dress constructed of two tiers with lower tier attached to under dress of tan rayon. Center back zipper with hook & eye on tan rayon lining with three self-covered snaps on chiffon outer layer. Designer's label to left of zipper: "(Japanese characters) / Hanae Mori" Retailer's label above designer label: "Neiman-Marcus" Content/care above retailer label.

Description: Dress of silk chiffon printed with a grey and purple flower motif. Round neckline; long sleeves with 1" cuffs and closure of two self-covered snaps. Below knee length. Skirt gathers at natural waist with elastic waistband. Waistband has narrow belt loops; belt missing. Center back opening of six self-covered snaps with hook & eye at neckline. Bodice lined in gray silk chiffon; skirt lined in gray synthetic. Dress

Description: Dress made of multiple fabrics including velvet, cotton, and silk in red, green, brown, blue, and orange multicolored floral and Indian prints, in a patchwork of vertical strips with metallic thread trim. Applied throughout are decorative metallic ovals. The dress is full length, with a flared skirt, long bell sleeves, and a low square neckline. Unlined. Zipper at center back extending from neckline to just below waist, with a single hook-and-loop at neckline. Label sewn to inside back to left of zipper: "Sant'Angelo".

Description: Dress of turquoise taffeta and black silk crepe. Main body of the cocktail length dress is black crepe with turquoise taffeta shawl collar which wraps around bodice and forms a caplet in the back. Sleeveless. Wrap around style fastens at inside right with 3 hook & eyes. Attached cummerbund style belt secures on the left at large turquoise bow with 2 hook & eyes. Bodice lined in matching turquoise taffeta; skirt unlined. Designer's label at right side seam: "Adele Simpson / New York / Made in U.S.A." Union label, cleaning instructions and size "10" tags attached below designer label.

Dress

Description: Dress of orange wool jersey knit. Knee-length or slightly above. Slight standing collar. Long sleeves. Yoke and collar with white panel lined in pale aqua band. Similar patches on sleeves at cuffs, with two gilt metal chased domed buttons. Attached belt matching the patches on sleeves closes in back with two matching buttons;3-1/2" wide. Center back zipper closure with hook-and-eyes at neck. Lined in orange. Designer's label: "Ronald Amey / New York"

Dressing Gown

Description: Dressing gown/wrapper of black peau de soie. Mother Hubbard style, full-length, shawl collar trimmed with 2 tiers of ruffles of same, and white lace and black velvet ribbon and then bands of white cording overlaid with/couched down with black stitching. Long sleeves with turned 3" back-turned cuffs with white cording and black velvet trim. Hook and eye closure CF. Long velvet ribbon ties at throat. Pleated at center back, with short horizontal diamond-shaped "belt" across lower back, below which is more pleating. Label: "Meyer Jonasson & Co / Pittsburg. New York"

Driving Coat

Description: Driving Coat or "Duster" of light tan linen (blend?). Full-length, wide skirted, with high neckline and black collar having wide points at front. Single breasted opening set to left of center, with two hidden small white buttons (1 at throat, one at left collar bone), and five large circular buttons with black outer rims and center of the tan linen. Full-length sleeves with wide turned-back cuffs faced with black and with two non-functioning buttons matching but smaller than opening buttons. Two large patch pockets at hips. Unlined. No labels in garment.
