Description: Hatlet of pillbox style, with open crown, covered with brown, tan, yellow, and iridescent feathers over a beige velvet base.

Description: Hatlet of navy blue ribbed fabric. The hatlet is formed of plated fabric, layered and curved around to form the low crown. At front is a bow of same grosgrain-type fabric. With navy blue net veiling. Retailer's label: "Lou Lattimore / Dallas" With Union Label.

Description: Hatlet of silver silk embellished all over with silver bugle beads. Beige veil. Lined in light rose colored fabric with rose colored grosgrain ribbon headband. Two combs attached to grosgrain ribbon at sides for securing hat to wearer's head. Retailer's label: "Neiman-Marcus / Salon"

Hatlet

Description: Hatlet of cream satin. The low cap, designed somewhat like a beret, is rounded and flattened, bulging at sides. No brim. At one side is a horizontal spray of fine white feathers extending back along the side of the hat. Inside of hat is lined with a golden satin, and has an off-white grosgrain ribbon inner hatband. Two small plastic combs are attached to inner sides of hat to help secure it to wearer's head. Designer's label inside crown: "Neiman-Marcus / Made to Order" A price tag is attached to inner hatband, originally $7.50, reduced to 75 cents.

Description: Hatlet/hair ornament of black silk. Designed as a stylized bow shape created from a tube of black silk, the open ends are stuffed to be open, and the whole is folded and sewn down, and mounted on a small plastic comb to secure it to the wearer's head. No labels.

Description: Hatlet of beaded hot pink satin. Brimless, the crown of the hat is shaped somewhat like a letter "K", the back of the K fitting across the head from ear to ear, while the arms extend to the back of the head. The whole is embellished with pink and gray/green beads, and with pink heart-shaped and teardrop shaped rhinestones. Lined in white and silver brocade, with small plastic comb affixed to center front inside edge to secure to wearer's head. Designer's label at center of inside crown: "Edna Mye / Dallas" Accompanied by two hatpins with heads covered in same hot pink satin.

Description: Hatlet of purple silk and beads. The brimless crown is covered in purple silk with overall top-stitching with black thread making a pattern of small squares or "cobblestones". Over the surface of the hat are small loops of black beads. The crown is basically circular, with two angled triangular projecting sections on either side of wearer's head. Designer's label inside: "Edna Mye / Dallas" Accompanied by two hatpins with heads covered in same purple silk.

Description: Hatlet of black mesh and heavy black braid. The brimless small hat is designed as a skull-cap of stiff black mesh with shaped edge, covering top of hat, extending down towards temple on right, cut straight across front, and rounded on left. The outer edge is trimmed in black velour, and has a border of two thick bands of black plain flat braid. The entire rest of the crown is covered with flat black braid curving around crown, the spaces filled by thick black looped cord braid. Unlined. Retailer's label inside crown: "Neiman- Marcus" Accompanied by a small hatpin with small simulated black pearl for head.

Formed on a velvet-covered framework and net, the low, shaped crown is embellished with 5 large light turquoise blue velvet roses with light blue satin leaves, overlaid with a blue net veil. At top is large bow of narrow blue satin ribbon. Retailer's label underneath: "Sanger's / Dallas" Union label beneath retailer's label.
