The interior of the children's hospital includes a vaulted glass ceiling and a bright red elevator from the lobby to the fourth floor. A cafeteria is on the ground, so-called beach level, floor.
The view is of one side of the triangular shaped and elevated building. The sliver shapes are windows. The pillars underneath and some space is also visible.

The black cashmere jersey bodice is halter style, backless, with single button at nape of neck and attached sash ties in back at natural waistline to tie at front. The full-length skirt is of blue silk zibeline, A-line, with black floral raffia embroidery at hem and up side seams in triangular panels. The embroidery is accented with black hand-beading and crystal bead clusters. Skirt with center back hidden zipper in light blue. The skirt is lined in light blue, and the halter-top is lined in a black wool(?) jersey.
The sculpture consists of two brown shapes resembling seed pods. Each half has an interior texture. Around the edge of each half are hinges with small wheels on the ends.

The sculpture depicts a large blue-green hand with four fingers outstretched. A pink spiral circles the back of the hand and crosses over three vertical black bar openings.
The sculptural group consists of several pieces of parallel metal bars inside which are blue, green or purple slats. They appear to undulate in the wind. They are permanently installed near the Forum Building and Plaza by Herzog and de Meuron architectural firm.

Hem is lined with variegated fur, grays to black. Above hem is wide band of embroidery and beading in stylized floral patterns in browns, golds, silvers, blues, greens, etc. Closure of two hook-and-eyes at waist above side zipper. Skirt has inner gray/green grosgrain waistband, and is lined in silk(?) of the same color.
