Coat

Description: Coat of deep purple dyed fox fur pieced and sewn in a chevron pattern. Two buttons of black plastic with brown leather loop closure. Coat folds over at back neckline creating a slight lapel at front. Long sleeves were custom tailored by folding under to create a shorter length. Below hip-length. Lined in black silk with four words, "FENDI, ALTA, MODA, PRONTA", in brown print forming a diamond shape. Lining embroidered at right side: "Linda T. Anderson". Retailer's label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus" Fiber content tag at left side seam.

Pumps

Description: Pumps of leather in a print of metallic brass, copper and brown snake skin. The shoes are designed with rounded, open toes, and with a narrow band of self across top of toe-box. The sling-back pumps have one long strap that runs from sides of toebox to behind heel, and secure at sides at ankles. Beach Shoes

Description: Beach shoes of tan rope and red, white, and blue knitted cotton(?). Designed as thick-soled espadrilles with coiled rope soles and rounded toes, the toe-box and heel section are of knitted cotton(?) in red, white, and blue patterns of squares and zig-zags on bands of color. Collarless, with black soutache braid outlining neckline and front opening. Description: Picture hat of coiled braided straw. The 4" high domed crown is encircled at the base by a pale purple/lilac ribbon with artificial violets at back with 4-lobed bow and trailing ribbons. Skirt Suit

Description: Daytime skirt suit of Prince of Wales check wool in gray with pink and brown check. The skirt suit consists of: A) Jacket, hip length, with full-length sleeves. Center front opening secured with hooks and eyes. 4 pockets at front, each with turned-back cuff pockets of silk brocade at breast level and below waist; the silk brocade of ecru background with pink and red flowers on green vines; asymmetric flared peplum at back featuring geometric cut; stand up collar is lined in matching silk brocade. B) Skirt of matching wool, straight and knee-length, with an 8” slit at center-back with inset of fan-like accordion pleated godet. C) Two matching pair of shoes, one pair of silk brocade matching the pocket flaps, and the other pair of gray wool matching the rest of the outfit. Description: Hat of brown/burnt ocher fur felt. The hat is designed with a low, domed, saucer-shaped crown set into the wide, downwards-curving bowl-shaped brim of same material.
