An Analysis of Methods of Promoting Country Music Records in the Atlanta, Georgia Area

Animals in Nursing Homes: State Guideline Development

Description: Companion animals can reduce the elderly person's feelings of isolation and stress, provide tactile stimulation, offer a means of socialization and establish a nonthreatening, nonjudgmental relationship. As an adjunct to treatment, pet therapy may serve to ease the transition from community to nursing home and assist residents in establishing relationships with animals, caregivers, and other residents.

Aquatic Vegetation Nutrient Budgets and Sedimentation in a Southwestern Reservoir

Description: During four growing seasons, aquatic vascular plant production and distribution were studied in Pat Mayse Lake, Texas, a 2425 hectare oligo-mesotrophic reservoir. The dominant macrophyte population was Myriophyllum spicatum L. Growth rates and regrowth rates of mechanically harvested Myriophyllum beds were found to be dissimilar.
