OA usage reporting: Understanding stakeholder needs and advancing trust through shared infrastructure

Description: Article describes how the complexity of usage reporting for open access content continues to grow, particularly with content syndication to organizations such as ScienceDirect and ResearchGate, which deliver content across multiple platforms at an unprecedented scale. Predicting Student Success with and without Library Instruction

Description: Conference proceedings paper sharing a study to determine the impact that "one-shot" library instruction sessions had on students' success in two foundational English courses. Overall, attendance in library instruction had a small but statistically significant impact on student success metrics.
