Macro - Preprocessor for 6809 Cross Assembler

Description: It is frequently considered to be apparent two stages during assembly time. The first is the preprocessor stage in which a single instruction called the micro instruction is replaced with the sequence of instructions called the macro definition. The second is the processor stage in which the output from the first stage is assembled into machine language instructions for a particular computer. This paper descibes the first one which is macro-preprocessor stage.

The Effectiveness of the Conservation of Human Beings and of Soil by the CCC Camp in Denton, Texas

Description: The organization of the Emergency Conservation Work was found to possess many faults. The Seventy-Fifth Congress, taking cognizance of some of the more glaring imperfections, approved a measure reorganizing and re-establishing the Emergency Conservation Work under the name of The Civilian Conservation Corp. A Chemical, Physical and Biological Investigation of the Total Suspended and Dissolved Substances in Lake Dallas with Emphasis on Sanitation

Description: The purpose of this investigation is to determine the suspended organic matter and the total phosphorus in the waters of Lake Dallas and to evaluate these findings. Since organic matter floating in lakes is largely comprised of minute plants, animals, and detritus derived from animals and plants, the fertilizing effect of phosphorus must be considered as an integral part of this problem.

Chromaticism in Piano Sonata, Opus 120 by Franz Schubert

Description: Sonata in A major, Opus 120, was written by Franz Schubert in 1819. The sonata was chosen for this study because of its proximity to the middle of the span of time in which Schubert wrote his piano sonatas. His first piano sonata was written in 1815 and the last in 1828. Since no sonatas were written in either 1821 or 1822, the years in the middle of this span, the sonata written in 1819 was chosen.

The Mercury Photosensitized Reactions of Some Hydocarbons

Description: The problem was to study several hydrocarbons when they were subjected to ultraviolet light of 2536 Å in the presence of mercury vapor. It would be expected from the work of Stallings that the rupture of any tertiary hydrogen bond in the molecule would be the predominant effect. However, secondary and primary bond splitting would occur as well as some C-C bond rupturing, but these could be expected to a lesser degree than the first, since the t-hydrogen has the greatest reactivity.
