A Study of the Bacterial Flora of Food Utensils in Hardin College Cafeteria and Twenty-Five Eating Establishments in Wichita Falls, Texas

Description: The problem of this thesis consists primarily of a bacteriological survey of the eating utensils of Hardin College Cafeteria and twenty-five other eating establishments in the city of Wichita Falls, Texas. This investigation was made primarily with reference to a determination of the possible presence of typhoid and related organisms, and secondarily to an investigation of the actual presence of those bacterial organisms associated with the more common outbreaks of food poisoning.

Description: It will be a part of the purpose of this paper to show that Keynesian economics treats a closed economy in a static condition while American and British society in actuality exist in open economies in a dynamic condition. In scope this paper is limited to an appraisal of the first of the main concepts of John Maynard Keynes' General Theory. That is, this paper will be concerned only with the "Theory of the Propensity to Consume" and its ramifications.

Description: The study herein described represents a continuation of the work on 5-(2-thienyl)-5-substituted hydantoins which has been in progress in the laboratories of the North Texas State College for the past several years. It has for its purpose the study of the effect of lengthening the carbon chain connecting a cyclohexyl radical to 5-(2-thienyl)hydantoin in the 5- position.

These are, (1) to determine what constitutes sound public-relations practices as recommended by recognized authorities in this field; (2) to determine the extent to which certain public-relations practices are employed by one hundred Texas public school systems; and (3) to determine whether the public-relations programs of one hundred Texas public-school systems meet the requirements of a sound public-relations program.

A Comparative Study of Egg Media in the Primary Isolation of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis
