The back of the photograph has a handwritten inscription that reads "El Chico - Saudi; May - 2015". The first El Chico restaurant (in Saudi Arabia) debuted in 2011 after the CRO company (owners of the El Chico brand after the Cuellar family) underwent operations to market the brand internationally. The company opened five El Chico restaurants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after the unveiling of the first restaurant in Riyadh. The building features the original El Chico logo but replaces the English lettering with Arabic. The English "El Chico" can be seen on the restaurant's exterior along with the Arabic translation.</p>
