A package bag for Victor Oppenheim containing his film. The package's material is worn down and has several tears. The sticker and handwriting at the top of the envelope indicates that the photographs inside were developed by the Tulsa Camera Record Company, and the package is addressed to Victor Oppenheim at the Mayo Hotel in Tulsa. Additional handwritten details below include quantities and pricing information about the developed film. Printed at the center of the envelope is an illustration of two Eastman-produced Kodak film boxes. Tulsa Camera Record Company's address is printed at the bottom of the package. Printed on the left of the bag's reverse side are photography tips, and on the right is an illustration of photographs and a paragraph about enlargements. This package was kept by Victor Oppenheim during his travels as a geologist and explorer throughout the American continents.

It details who gave it to her, why, what day, where she wore it to, and who was there to comment on the dress. It also contains information about the Tulsa Sisters Exequator party and the dress's importance. Some of the Sisters' names are inconsistent with correct spelling/known spelling, so their names have been recorded as both the proper and incorrect forms.
