Description: This article proves that a variant of the Courtois-Finiasz-Sendrier signature is strongly existentially unforgeable under chosen message attack in the random oracle model, assuming hardness of the Permuted Goppa Syndrome Decoding Problem (also known as the Niederreiter problem).
