Characteristics of Texas Border and Non-Border Banks and a Comparison of their Lending Practices

Description: This thesis presents a comparison of the loan to deposit ratios of Texas banks along the Mexican border and banks located throughout the rest of the state. A Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of the Redistribution of Regional Economic Growth

Description: Utilizing shift/share and economic base analysis, data covering employment, income, and population are analyzed for each of the nine regions of the United States as defined by the Census Bureau.
