Biofeedback and Progressive Relaxation in the Treatment of Muscle Tension Headaches: A Comparison

Description: The effects of optical heating via infrared free carrier absorption on the electron magneto-transport properties of n-InSb at helium temperatures have been studied for the first time. Description: A double-blind comparison was conducted using typical doses of soporific agents from three drug classes and a placebo. Drugs which were used in the study included secobarbital, flurazepam hydrochloride, and thioridazine. The cycloaddition of ketenes and silyl enol ethers

Description: The (2+2) cycloaddition of ketenes and trimethylsilyl enol ethers was found to proceed in good yield to give trimethylsiloxycyclobutanones of unique and interesting regiochemistry and stereochemistry. As electron-rich activated olefins, the trimethylsilyl enol ethers readily reacted with the electron-deficient ketenes.
