Standing Bodhisattva Maitraya, the Benevolent from the Shahbaz-Garhi Monastery, Mardān, Northwest Frontier, Pakistan

Description: The male standing figure is adorned with a draped robe, headdress, bracelets and one hand reaches outward. The statue is carved from stone and is highly detailed. He stands on a small pedestal adorned with figures. The sculpture is not polychromatic.
