Hat

Description: Hat of fine cream straw. The rounded crown is encircled at lower edge by wide pleated band of organdy in graduated shades of pink, tied at right side, with ends extending below the brim. The narrow brim turns up at front and left side, and down at back and right side. Hat is unlined, with inner cream grosgrain ribbon hatband. Designer's label: "Maureen / B-Way - At 89th N.Y.C."

Description: Hat of natural straw. Designed with aspects of both a picture hat and a "coolie" hat, it has a domed crown encircled at base with band of light blue grosgrain ribbon with bow at back. Hanbok

Description: Traditional Korean child's Hanbok ensemble of rayon damask. A) Wrap dress (Chima) of red large floral damask with with red net "suspenders", and ties of red satin. B) Jacket-like upper garment (Jeogori) of green large floral rayon damask. Cropped, square neckline that wraps at bust with long red ties. Long sleeves with stripes of red, green, yellow, pink, blue, and white with red printed symbols.

Description: Pair of evening shoes of gold metallic lace. Designed with a rounded toe, the shoes have uppers of mesh embroidered with gold wire to create a lace with scrolling forms throughout. Uppers with scalloped upper edge. 2" heel of white leather, tapering to base. Stamped inside: "DeLiso Debs" Stamped inside: "4 1/2B 31521 2 / 90 760-81"

Description: Hat of black vinyl and black straw. The cylindrical crown is of black vinyl, flattened at top. The black straw brim is set off-center to crown, turned up at outside edge to create high outer edge. Set at back edge of upturned brim is a bow of black grosgrain ribbon. Lined in black fabric, and with a black grosgrain ribbon inner hatband. Label sewn to inner hatband: "Skywood / original"

Pumps

Description: Pair of heeled pumps of 2-tone beige leather. Designed with slightly pointed toes squared at ends, the main body of the upper is of light beige polished leather, with thin band of holes punched along upper edge. Toebox of darker beige leather with punched hole band and "pinked" edge at join, and a design of punched holes across top. Heel area of same darker beige leather, with same band of holes and "pinking" edge at join. Heel tapers to base. Designer's label inside: "Selby" Stamped inside: "Leather upper man made / trims, other parts / man made materials / [D in a circle] 9 D/B 42673C 23" Stamped on sole: "Made in U.S.A." Picture Hat

Description: Picture hat of natural straw. The domed crown is encircled at base by a wide band of cream grosgrain ribbon with bow at right side. Around the crown, but not on the bow, the ribbon is edged at top with black. The wide circular brim curves upwards from base of crown, then curves down to edge. Unlined. Inner cream grosgrain ribbon hatband. Label sewn to inner hatband: "Florence ... / Dallas"

Flats

Description: Women's flat shoes with brown leather sole, patent leather cream insole with designer's marks. Cotton blended fabric covers the whole foot up to the cinched ankle where there are two small straps of the same fabric to tie behind heel with a vertical seam down center and a slightly pointed toe. The fabric has a printed pattern of colored squares in aqua, blue, purple and periwinkle, with scattered printed signatures by the designer, "Emilio". Designer's marks on each sole: "Creation / Albion / Florence / Made Expressly / For E. Pucci"

Description: Coat of purple wool. Double breasted with 8 large, round, purple plastic buttons and 4 bound buttonholes. Long sleeved with slight flair to hem. Knee length. A-line with two vertical welt pockets. Rounded neckline with 1-1/4" mandarin collar. Lined in light purple silk taffeta. Designer's label: "Norman Norell / New York"

Skirt Suit

Description: Suit in navy wool trimmed in flat black cording. A) Jacket of navy blue wool with woven, checked pattern. Double breasted with eight black fabric covered buttons and four bound buttonholes. Notched collar. Collar and center front of jacket trimmed with black flat cording. Long sleeves with turned-back cuffs trimmed with black flat cording and two small black fabric covered buttons each with two bound buttonholes. Two pockets trimmed in matching cording. Lined in blue silk. Combined designer/retailer label at center back neckline: "Neiman-Marcus Dallas / Traina-Norell" B) Skirt of navy blue wool with woven, checked pattern. A-line and knee length with nine panel construction. 1 1/2" waistband with left side zipper and four hook & eye closure. Unlined.

Pillbox Hat

Description: Pillbox hat of tan fur. Low circular crown covered in light tan fur, likely mink. Lined in pink fabric with band of blue fabric inside lower edge, overlaid with gold rickrack band. On each side along inside lower edge is a small brown plastic comb secured by black elastic cord to secure hat to wearer's head. Designer's label inside at back: "Sue Dooley / Dallas"

Pillbox Hat

Description: Pillbox hat of draped chiffon burnout velvet. Cylindrical large pillbox hat with shaped lower rim. The crown is draped/pleated horizontally in a chiffon burnout velvet with printed abstract designs burnt orange, yellow, and blue. Lined in a brocaded blue and sparkly fabric. At lower inside edge is band of gold rickrack. Designer's label inside rim at back: "Sue Dooley / Dallas"

Platform Sling-Back Sandals

Description: Pair of platform sling-back sandals of gold metallic leather. Set on a thick platform, the uppers are formed of 6 bands crossing the instep, with a seventh band extending across the bands at center point. A thicker strap begins at mid-arch of foot, and extends back behind heel, securing with a small buckle. The chunky heel is covered in the same leather as the upper and platform. Designer's label: "Creazioni / de / Antonio / Marsini / Milano / Italia" Written inside: "75M 4810 3J / 02-860"

Shoes

Description: Pair of shoes of black suede. Designed with a rounded toe, the shoes have a gold colored metal edge band at lower edge of toe, and between upper and heel. The 2 1/2" high chunky heel is covered in the same suede. Stamped inside: "De Fazzio / New York" Handwritten inside: "5 B 8244"

Hatlet

Description: Hatlet of brown velvet. The open-crown hat is formed of a hollow square with down-turned sides and corners, covered in brown velvet and edged in tiny pearls. "Flying" around the hat are 8 golden stamped metal hummingbirds. One wing of each bird is hinged, allowing movement of the birds as the wearer moves their head. Over all is a brown net veil "capturing" the hummingbirds, with scattered gathers of 4 pearls. The underside is edged in brown grosgrain ribbon, and has two small plastic combs attached to secure hatlet to wearer's head. Sewn onto the inner ribbon is maker's label: "Bes-Ben / Made in Chicago". Also sewn onto inner ribbon is hand-written label "917".

Hatlet

Description: Hatlet of artificial flowers and net. The hatlet is composed of a radiating group of artificial rosebuds of pink and white with green stems and leaves. The sprays are attached to a black net circular veil. Designer's label: "By / Therese Ahrens" Retailer's label: "I. Magnin & Co."

Description: Hat of yellow straw. The cylindrical crown is flattened at top and has a "ridge" of straw running from front to back. Around the base of the crown is a wide band of pleated yellow organza. The wide, somewhat floppy brim extends out and curves upwards. Unlined, with an inner yellow grosgrain ribbon hatband. Label sewn to inner hatband: "Shari / Brett / originals"

Hood

Description: Hat/hood of tan angora with scattered large golden discs/sequins applied over the entire surface. Hat covers head and back of neck, with panels that extend around to secure at center front under chin with one circular button and loop.
