Child's dress

Description: Child's dress of white lightweight cotton organdy. Knee length; short puffed sleeves with ruffled lace edging. High round neck with ruffled lace edging. Skirt gathers at natural waist; belt of red velvet across front has large one inch buttons at either end that button onto white organdy belt pieces that tie in the back. Center back buttons down to waist with four buttons. Full skirt has four inch wide hem with built in organdy crinoline. Apron attached at waistline in front has ruffled lace trim and lace ribbon sewn across the middle; below this lace the bottom of apron has embroidered flowers (white daisies with yellow centers, red flowers with yellow centers, blue flowers, multiple shades of green leaves and stems). Matching embroidery on bodice from waist to yoke; yoke seam is covered by lace ribbon. Combined designer/retailer label at back neckline: "Made Expressly for / Neiman-Marcus / by Helen Lee"

Dress

Description: Dress of bright red/orange wool. Mid-length, the dress's collar is a variant of a band collar, standing at back and sides, tapering slightly to front and open at front with V-neckline opening below created by wrapped front opening. Short sleeves have a 2" cuff band, and the back yoke panel forms a chevron shape over the shoulders. Front opening with closure of hidden snaps and hooks & eyes down to hemline. Simulated belt at natural waistline that has a hook & eye closure and tab which buttons on left side with orange, domed-shaped button and tailored buttonhole. Lined in matching rayon. Designer's label inside at back collar: "Courreges / Paris / Couture Future / made in France" Fabric/care label: "Fabrique en France / Dry Clean Only / No Bleach Do not iron / [line of symbols] / Modele / Style 14027 / 100% wool / 100% Rayonne / [repeated in French]" Retailer's label above designer's label: "Palm Beach / Martha / New York Miami Beach"

Ensemble

Description: Evening ensemble of brown silk jersey and sequined appliques. A) Dress. Sleeveless, the full-length sheath dress has 1” wide straps which are embellished with length-wise decorative top stitching. The dress has an empire waist, and a modified sweetheart neckline. The bust is covered with floral/leaf form appliques which are covered in translucent brown sequins and edged in gold metallic thread. Center back zipper closure from top to mid-back, and slit from center back lower hem upwards. Lined in brown polyester. B) Jacket. The matching jacket is of bolero form, cropped short, with no collar and a slightly undulating neckline which continues along the edges of the center front opening, and the lower edge. Long sleeves have cuffs with same edging. The whole jacket is overlaid with floral/leaf form velvet appliques edged in metallic gold threading and covered with sequins in various shades of brown. Jacket has inner shoulder pads and is lined in brown polyester. Designer's label: "Liancarlo / Couture" Retailer's label: "Neiman Marcus"

Evening Gown

Description: Evening gown of brown silk. The full-length gown is strapless, with stitched horizontal pleats at left bodice; skirt wraps over toward the left and both crescent shaped sides are trimmed in a pleated ruffle flounce with a shorter ruffle flounce revealing the longer one; bound edges and hemline; lined in brown acetate; center-back zip closure. Evening Gown

Description: Evening gown of white heavy silk crepe. Full-length sleeveless dress with scoop neck, narrow straps and empire waist. Bodice is heavily beaded with circular mirrors and silver rhinestones. Skirt has vertical columns of mirrored beads and has band of heavy beading on hem matching bodice. Zipper closure at center back. Fully lined in cream fabric with petersham of same fabric. Retailer's label at center back to left of zipper: "Sara Fredericks / Boston Palm Beach"

Girl's dress

Description: Little girl/toddler's dress of white lightweight organdy. Knee length; short puffed sleeves with pink cotton cuffs that have piping at edge. Pink peter pan collar with piping at the edge. Front bodice has 14 tiny vertical pin tucks with tiny blue and pink embroidered dot detail at center of pleat section from neck to waist. Front waistline has pink waistband, scalloped on top edge with 3 tiny white buttons at center front and to each side; piping at bottom of waistband. White organdy belt attaches at side seams, ties in back. Gathered full skirt has 5" band of pink cotton at bottom with piping detail. Buttons down the back from neck to waist with three buttons.

Gloves

Description: Pair of gloves of brown leather (kidskin?). Forearm length with decorative button and loop closure. Stamp inside reads: "Miss Aris / 7 / Made in Philippines" In "Maas Brothers / Florida" box.

Shoes

Description: Shoes of brown snakeskin and green reptile. Designed with a very slightly pointed toe, the peep-toe toe-box is made of two pieces, the inner piece of brown snakeskin, the outer piece of green reptile, both edged with plaited border of two leathers, the snakeskin overlapping the reptile, forming a point. The toe with thick platform, the sides of which with three horizontal bands of leathers, green lower reptile, center band of plaited leathers, the upper of brown reptile. Open sides, the sling back formed with openwork interlaced leathers, secured with small gilt metal rectangular buckle. The set-in French high heel is covered in brown snakeskin, with vertical plaited band of colored reptile leather running vertically along back edge. Stamped in both shoes: "ce qui se porte" / Gainsbourough / 1128 Lincoln Road / Miami Beach, FLA.
