Child's dress of white lightweight cotton organdy. Knee length; short puffed sleeves with ruffled lace edging. High round neck with ruffled lace edging. Skirt gathers at natural waist; belt of red velvet across front has large one inch buttons at either end that button onto white organdy belt pieces that tie in the back.
