Report of the Third Session of the WMO/UNEP Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)

The Third session of the IPCC highlighted the magnitude of the global environmental problem and emphasized the need of improving our knowledge base and preparation for cooperative preventive actions.
