VA Housing: Guaranteed Loans, Direct Loans, and Specially Adapted Housing Grants

Description: This report discusses three types of housing assistance--the loan guaranty program, direct loan programs, and Specially Adapted Housing program-- includingg their origins, how they operate, and how they are funded.
