Medical Child Support: Background and Current Policy

It also examines the potential impact of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program. The TANF Emergency Contingency Fund

Description: This report discusses the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, which created an Emergency Contingency Fund (ECF) within the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) block grant. The fund expired on September 30, 2010.
