Intelligence Reform at the Department of Energy: Policy Issues and Organizational Alternatives

Description: Congress in 2006 agreed to temporarily consolidate separate counterintelligence (CI) offices at the Department of Energy (DOE) and the National Security Administration (NNSA) into a single CI office under DOE control. U.S. National Science Foundation: An Overview
