Farm Commodity Programs: Base Acreage and Planting Flexibility

Description: This report discusses two policy issues that have arisen regarding planting flexibility on base acres, particularly restrictions on growing fruits and vegetables as an alternative crop. Farm Labor: The Adverse Effect Wage Rate (AEWR)
