Description: Photograph of a dish called "ishpiri" in Yasin Burushaski and "burum-hanak" in Nagar and Hunza dialects of Burushaski. This consists of a bunch of flat breads and a lump of butter. This is the opening course of ceremonial meals, and is presented to welcome an important person visiting the home.

Description: Photograph of (late) Allama Nasiruddin Nasir Hunzai, A famous Hunza Burushaski poet, a religious scholar and prolific writer. He is considered to be the first ever to publish Burushaski poetry. He is also one of the few who devised Perso-Arabic based alphabets to write Burushaski. His Burushaski-Urdu Dictionary was published posthumously by the Burushaski Research Academy (BRA) - The NGO that he had founded. He is also known as "Baba-e-Burushaski" (the father of (Hunza) Burushaski).
