ee groups from across the country will be in
Dallas this weekend to participate in the annu-
al Progress conference. The event will pro-
ceed along two tracks, organizers said. One is
designed for existing organization leaders and
is intended to help build on existing skills. The
other is for gay and lesbian employee organiz-
ers seeking to establish groups within their
own companies. State Rep. Glen Maxey (D-
Austin) is the conference’s keynote speaker.
