The North Texas State Univer-
_ sity Greek system made several
changes in the 1984-85 school
" year which moved it forward to-
ward meeting its standards and
goals. "The NT Greek system is
getting a deeper committment to
_ higher standards," stated Zachary
Tucker, North Texas' first full
time adviser to the Greek system.
- Hired in October 1984, Tucker
joined the NTSU staff as Activities
Coordinator for Greek Affairs.
Tucker worked closely through
- out the year with Panhellenic As-
sociation Presidents Molly Smith
(Fall 1984) and M / Crisford
(Spring 1985) and Inter-fraternity
Council President Brad Moss to
_ set new Greek standards, as well
as to improve the already estab-
_ lished Greek values on academics,
unity, public relations and housing.
Greek publications were upgraded
and a format for pre.school soror-
- ity rush was adopted. Also, Pan-
bellenic Association moved from
