of Richardson. Kaplan is attacking a city ordinance

Judge Owen Giles rules the ordinance unconstitutional
and grants Kaplan a temporary injunction against the
city of Richardson. Kaplan temporary restrain-
ing order. Kaplan attacked the ordinance on the

rats, parrots, parakeets, hamsters, dogs and cats.
