Notes

Abstract: This poster session highlights the presenters’ experiences as mentees and mentors at institutional, state and national organization levels. Yvonne Dooley, currently the Business Librarian at the University of North Texas Libraries and previously the Business Reference Specialist at the Library of Congress, will represent the mentee path of the poster. Lilly Ramin, First Year Experience, Sociology and Instructional Technologies Librarian at the University of North Texas Libraries, will concentrate on the path as a mentor for library staff at various levels. The librarians will demonstrate the importance of actively engaging in the profession, bridging connections with professionals and developing successful relationships for both mentors and mentees.
