Also jailed under 50-thousand dollars bond is26-year-old Tina Martinez who
has a e record
of vagrancy and prostitution in Fort Worth and
Oklahoma City. She is shown in these films as
she went on trial in a Dallas federal court
in 1959 for attacking a federal marshal during a
grand jury investigation of prostitution in North
Texas, Chief Tyler said the woman, at first,
admitted she shot Tidwell. But, after being informed
Tidwell had died, she changed her story and said
- Lott shot him.
MAN TAKEN FROM BUILDING
Despite numerous arrests,
Fort Worth police recordsshow the 27-year-old Tidwell has never been
sent
* to a penitentiary. The Oklahoma police chief said
he thinks the shooting climaxed a quarrell betweenLott and Tidwell over a woman.
