with opening-day registration for the State Bar ofTexas Convention.
The first general assembly is
tomorrow -- but 17-hundred or more lawyers and' judges
rolled into town today for what's called the "PersonalInjury Litigation Institute."
There's talk already
that the state bar will ask for legislative revision
of the state ond system --.a resolution to thatc effect would go to the governor for action during the
special legislative session. In the meantime, a trip

to Casa Manana night for the conventioners
and an impressive array of mainline speakers./The
first of these spokesmen flies into Carter Field late
this afternoon -- Senator John McClellan from Arkansas,
met by Fort Worth attorney Stan Harrell, and his wife,
and attorney Cecil Morgan, also of Fort Worth. McClel-
lan, chairman of the Senate Committee on Labor Manage-
