Boil tilt between Arkansas and Nebraska. To get

band tootles its way along the parade route, followed
by the parade Grand Marshall...Governor smmat
Arkansas Governor Faubus and his wife follow the
Texas chief executive, accepting the plaudits of
the crowd, while Nebraska supporters cheer the
appearance of Nebraska Governor Morrison and Mrs.
Floats are a corner-stone of the parade, and this
one gets its share of oohs and aahs. Its carrying
the 1965 Maid of Cotton, Miss Judy Hill of Fort
