Lanthrip being suspended for 5 days without pay for "conduct prejudicial to the good order and discipline of the department"; Police Chief Hightower is suspending the men over a South Texas hunting trip they took with Pat Kirkwood, owner of the Cellar nightspot and Tarrant County District Attorney Crouch - shortly after the trip, which may have been paid for by Kirkwood, Crouch dismissed 24 complaints of indecent exposure against waitresses at the Cellar.
