[ 1] Surettle consists of glass-tube shield, collapsible tube and needle.
[2] Remove shield; hold wire stylette by hook and push through
needle into syrette thus breaking seal. Withdraw wire. Puncture
skin of arm or shoulder with needle held at 450 angle; squeeze
tube until flat; withdraw needle.
