MINIATURE POOLCOP 'r OOL
When Fort Worth Policeman Bill Habbour
fills his swimming pool there's no drain on thecity water department.
Harbour has built what he
believes is the smallest, completely equipped
concrete pool in Fort Worth. In the back yard of
the Harbour home at 5401 Purington, the pool is
six feet wide, eight feet long and two feet deep.
But it is complete with a diving board, ladder,
awning umbrella and even a stand for the life guard.
LITTLE B JULPS IN
The pool isn't designed for the O1ympics
but it's just right for Harbour's nephew Mike, who
is becoming an expert diver. Harbour built the
pool, with the help of 12-year-old "ocky Atwell,
a neighbor. He says the total cost was less than
30 dollars, including a small pump which circulates
the water, then dumps it on the lawn when the poolis emptied.
