We present branching fraction measurements for the radiative decays B+ _ p+y, B0 - poy,
and B0 -> wy. The analysis is based on a data sample of 465 million BB events collected with
the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy B Factory located at the Stanford Linear
Accelerator Center (SLAC). We find B(B+ , p+y) = (1.20+0.3 + 0.20) x 10-6, B(B0 -> p0y) =
(0.97 022 + 0.06) x 10-6, and a 90% C.L. upper limit B(B0 - wy) < 0.9 x 10-6, where the first
error is statistical and the second is systematic. We also measure the isospin-violating quantity
F(B+ - p,)/2F(B0 -> poy) - 1 = -0.43+02 + 0.10.PACS numbers: 12.15.Hh, 13.25.Hw
