but not limited to:

e. Access to a Service Provider Network
f. General Entrepreneurial Training
To this end the Board of Directors of the Business Innovation Center has consented to
scholarships for three (3) Clean Energy Companies for a period of one year based on our
current tenant rate of $6,000 per year. These scholarships will enable start-up or young
companies to access space and the full service package of regular tenants of the Business
Innovation Center.

10. Participation in Clean Energy Alliance Meetings (in person or by teleconference).
Attended Clean Energy Alliance Meeting in Golden Co, Feb, 2003.
As a member of this Alliance, The Business Innovation Center will work to strengthen this
network and welcome new energy companies, venture firms, angel investors, nonprofits,
government organizations, and others committed to supporting the clean energy industry.
To this end, the Business Innovation Center assisted the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce
in developing a private venture capital network in Mobile County, A-Net.
A-Net is short for angel network, and facilitates a group of local and private investors who
have stepped up to address the funding needs for startup companies. Depending on the
business plan and strategy, A-Net can invest up to $1 million in ideas deemed worthy by
