Description

The experience referred to is mostly that of Hydrothermal Power Company beginning in 1971 when the investigation and development was started on the geothermal expander which is described here. The discussion includes results of testing in Mexico at Cerro Prieto where they enjoyed the hospitality of the Department of Geothermal Studies. The discussion will lead through the subsequent testing at the East Mesa Test Facility, courtesy of the US Bureau of Reclamation, and on Sinclair 4 near Niland, courtesy of Southern California Edison Company and Phillips Petroleum Company. Description
