The report covers the requirements to receive assistance, to what amount, and insurance penalty deductions under the Louisiana Homeowners Assistance Program, as well as the funding levels, projection differentials, and use of data for the Road Home program, the use of Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funds administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), redundancy in disaster inspections, and the cost and availability of hazard insurance.
