Uncertainty identification for robust control using a nuclear power plant model

PDF Version Also Available for Download.

Description

An on-line technique which identifies the uncertainty between a lower order and a higher order nuclear power plant model is presented. The uncertainty identifier produces a hard upper bound in H{sub {infinity}} on the additive uncertainty. This additive uncertainty description can be used for the design of H{sub infinity} or {mu}-synthesis controllers.
