In Fort Worth, four police characters, one of
them a woman, leave police headquarters for a
conference with District Attorney Fender after
being told to get out of town and stay out. The
men are Leroy "Tincy" Eggleston, Cecil Green --
brother of the late Dallas gangster Lois Green--
and Sid Foley. The woman is Rita Davis,
described as Green's girl friend. All four
spent today being paraded before city officers
during roll call with the officers being told
to pick them up on sight from now on. The three
who were questioned recently about a poker game
robbery in Austin, landed in jail yesterday
as the aftermath of intra-mural gunbattle.
;oley, at odds with the other two, says he
exchanged shots with them Sunday night outside
(Fort Worth tavern apd Tuesday Rita chased
Foley with a shotgun when he tried to pull his
wife from Rita ' s parked car .
