The purpose of this presentation is to demonstrate how Total Quality principles were used at FM and T/KC to document processes for ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications. The information presented to the reader will lead to a better understanding of business administration by aligning procedures to key business processes within a business model; converting functional-based procedures to process-based procedures for total integrated resource management; and assigning ownership, validation, and metrics to procedures/processes, adding value to a company`s profitability.
